RETURN & REFUND

Thank you for purchasing your FlipFlops from Completetotes. We prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it or request a refund according to the terms outlined below.

RETURN 

  • Return Period: You have 30 days calendar days from the date on which you received the item to return them.
  • Condition for Returns:
  • Proof of Purchase: In order to qualify for a return you need to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to begin a return

  • Contact Us: To start with, the return process you should first contact us at support@completetotes.com with your order number and your reason for the return.
  • We will review the request and provide a return label via email. Customers need to download and print.
  • Sending the Item:

Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For defective products (This happens when the product is wrong, damaged by the carrier or otherwise), there will be no charge for the customer to return the item.
  • For customer remorse:  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping for Exchanges: For products that have been returned as faulty or damaged, the customer will not be charged for the delivery of the substitute.

Modify/Cancellation Policy

1. We understand that sometimes customers may need to modify or cancel their orders. We offer the following conditions for order modification/cancellation:

Customers have the right to modify/cancel their orders within 24 hours of successfully placing the order.

After 24 hours, any request to cancel or change the order will not be accepted as the order will have been locked for processing and sent to the carrier.

2. How to modify/cancel an order? Follow these steps:

Prepare the required information, including the order email, order number (provided by completetotes.com in the order confirmation email) and specific requirements for modifying or cancelling the order.

Send the request with the above information to support@completetotes.com, with the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].

3. Refunds for cancelled or modified orders:

The refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the email and will correspond to the cancelled order value or the reduced order value of the modified order.
